How do I know I am getting the most cash for my watch?
We like the watch selling process to be as open and transparent as possible. For this reason, we offer to show each client the wholesale pricing sheets so they will know exactly what we can get for their luxury watch. We also recommend that you get at least one additional quote from a local competitor prior to coming in to see us. This way you can rest assured that you have gotten the absolute most for your Rolex or other luxury Swiss watch brand.
How often does my watch need service?
For automatic watches, service is typically needed every 3 to 5 years. The amount of time between services relies heavily on wear and tear and the age of the watch.
How do I sell my watch to Top Watches Brand?
You have two options. You can either bring the watch in for an in-person offer, or you can mail us your watch at our expense. How do I find the model and serial number of my Rolex watch?
On the older Rolex models, the serial number is underneath the end-piece of the band at the 6 o’clock position. On the new models (approx 2007 and newer) it is engraved into the internal bezel ring at the 6 o’clock position. The model number for all Rolex watch models no matter the production year is located between the lugs of the watch at the 12 o’clock position.

At Top Watches Brand we want each client to be 100% satisfied. If for some reason you receive a watch and you are not happy with it, you have 7 days from receipt of the watch to return it.
Do you buy watch brands other than Rolex and the others listed on your site?
Yes, we buy ALL brands of luxury watches. The brands listed are the ones we deal with the most but that does not mean we won’t gladly make you an offer on an unlisted brand.
Does the original Rolex factory warranty transfer to me when I purchase my watch from you?
Yes, as long as the Rolex watch you purchased from us is still within the 5 year warranty period. In the warranty section for each watch, we list whether any of the original factory warranty is remaining.
How do I make the band of my watch bigger or smaller?
It is often just a slight adjustment that is needed to size your watch. In some cases, special tools are required or the addition of an additional link may be necessary. For this reason, we suggest you bring your watch into us. There is no charge to adjust your watch as long no parts (links) are needed. If you need to purchase an additional link or two, we stock many of the Rolex watch links and offer them for sale.
